3. Course Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon payment of the applicable fees.
• Course availability is subject to change without prior notice.
• Study materials provided during the course are for individual use only and cannot be reproduced or distributed.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

• Fees must be paid in full before the commencement of any course.
• Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:
  • Cancellation before course commencement: 80% of the fees will be refunded.
  • Cancellation after course commencement: No refunds will be provided.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.

5. Course Rescheduling

• Consigner Global reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. Affected students will be notified in advance, and alternative arrangements will be provided.
• Students may request rescheduling of classes at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, subject to availability.

6. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain decorum and respect instructors and fellow students.
• Any form of harassment, misconduct, or disruptive behavior may lead to termination of enrollment without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Consigner Global is not responsible for the results or outcomes of exams taken by students.
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our facilities or materials.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to PDFs, videos, and practice tests, are the property of Consigner Global. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution of materials is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Amendments to Terms

Consigner Global reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated through our website or email. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
